Our flagship event is Meditation and Beer, a weekly gathering where we meditate then socialize. Research has shown that the practice of daily meditation helps reduce anxiety and stress and helps us develop a resilience to live well in the complexities of modern life. We recommend the use of an anchor word or a mantra to still ourselves through the 20 minutes of silence.

Hamilton’s Well was founded by Susie in November of 2023 as a response to her love of the city and its people. She is an enthusiastic fan of yarn, stationery, books, movement, and silence. She is supported by the Anglican Diocese of Niagara and Handknit Yarn Studio. Sometimes you can also find her at Last Supper Books.
